This morning there were 4 red-headed sparrow-like birds picking the new tiny flowers on the forsythia bushes.Then, at noon, we had gropple (sp) that covered the deck and everything else--and thunder--crazy stuff.
These guys are interesting - they visit in large flocks in late winter/early spring, but only occasionally at other times of the year.
