field notes, 1-12-13

Pan and I walked to Champion Park today - 4.38 miles altogether. That's a little long for him, but he was terrific. 71 degrees, 90 percent humidity, a few light showers - a bit warm for early January. (We're supposed to have a high of 50 tomorrow - that seems more seasonable.)
