Pan kept barking at something by the back fence. Oi. This was five or six feet long. (It looks like it ends in a point, not a rattle, so maybe a good-sized rat snake?)
yikes! I was in Karen's backyard & a large-ish snake slithered over my foot into her garden. That snake never knew a human could make the sounds I made...or move so fast!
