Saw a coral snake crossing the road on the way over. It was bigger than I thought they got - maybe 18 inches? Bright, beautiful, scary.

Sweet old Champ

We had some clouds and drizzle and the temperature dropped to the 80s so we were able to do some groundwork this evening. I had a chopped-up carrot in a baggie in my cargo pocket and boy he knew it - remind me to leave those in the car until we're done from now on.
